on Solid Intersection i can’t get the correct output. my Absolute tolerance is 0.0001
my rhino version is 7
my grasshopper is 1.0.0007

Bad practice: having different solids with co-planar faces, co-aligned edges and such.
Rhino math fails because of up-prepared geometries.
(not really an user fault, but it’s an old story)
You can scale a bit the larger of the 2 geometries to ensure a complete and clean intersection:

Please check if this kind of solution is suitable for you. I haven’t checked if your breps are actually parallelepipeds (planar faces)…
