Soft "inflate" on a rigid fram

Hi
I’m interested in soft “inflate” the surface inside a bounded curve or surfaces.
Is there such a tool in Rhinoceros?
Need the same effect as on this video.

Is there a tool or plug-in that allows to automatically pull the surface on a rigid frame.
For example, awning, tent or umbrella
