The longer I run V9, the slower the middle-mouse menu pops up. If I run a session for a few hours, it will take several seconds to pop up. Closing & re-opening Rhino seems to fix it.
I tried to do some trouble-shooting. If I open Rhino 9 and click the mmb to make the popup toolbar pop up & close 100 times (which is 200 clicks of the middle button), the problem starts happening. At that point, suddenly there is about a half-second or more delay before the toolbar pops up. If I open another window of Rhino, the popup toolbar appears instantly, so I don’t think it’s a mouse issue. Also, I cannot repeat this in Rhino 8 but can do it consistently in Rhino 9.
The number 100 is not perfect - sometimes it starts sooner and I don’t know why.
I haven’t done a longer click test, but in regular work I notice that it eventually slows down much more. But even at half a second, it becomes essentially a huge pita and I have to close & re-open Rhino.
I have the same issue

Do you have issue in 8 also?
No I don’t, only in WIP
I don’t know if it’s the same issue, but tab activation also slows down over time.
Same issue here.. MMB popup delays over time and looks like it’s not about the file. Restarting Rhino WIP (and opening the same file) solves the problem ![]()
