clicking on the arrows to change the offset works clicking once or twice, then the value suddenly jump to unreasonably tiny fragments, it is also eratic sometimes it happens immediately but mostly after changing a value manually like from 2.0 to 1.9 and then use the arrows to change it incrementally. i believe the same is true for v8 and v9
