I am working on a research project about cultural evolution at a university, where we use Grasshopper and HumanUI to allow participants to configure their own geometries of artifacts. Unfortunately, we’ve encountered an issue with the slider behavior that interrupts our subjects.

The problematic behavior is observed when clicking on the slider, which sets it to the maximum or minimum value.

Another issue arises when double-clicking on the slider, which opens a field for typing a value.
These components currently function as shown below:
Is there a way to disable these functions? Could this be achieved by modifying the root code on GitHub or changing settings elsewhere?
