I’ve used a formlabs 2 a few years ago for high resolution models with ‘engraved’ text. Text size was about 3 mm. Not something you could do with any other print technology at that time and I think even now.
More recently I saw a Stratasys SLA printer with almost 1 m³ build volume and a special orange resin which is good to measure with lasers…
