Simple Ribbed structure

Hey there!
I’m trying to create a rib tunnel structure (with horizontal and vertical ribs), similar to this:

But I don’t know how to make the ribs. Followed a tutorial and created this structure:

I don’t know how to proceed from now on. Any idea?
