Shatter and loft issue

Hey guys, sorry for the question, this might be quite easy but I can’t figure it out. I would like to loft the segments of the polyline, but I don’t know why it is not working. Can someone have a quick lock at my definition?

You don’t need shatter , you can use the polylines

If you mean faces you can use explode

And you can use explode polyline than Ruled surface
