Hello Forum.
I’ve recently managed to get an iFrame to embed on a website.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t work on the iPhone Safari app…iPhone Chrome is fine.
Reading the copy for Shape Diver on ShapeDiver 3D Viewer Index it state the ShapeDiver 3D viewer v2 supports the following browsers:
Chrome
Firefox
Edge
Safari
Internet Explorer 11
Modern Smartphones and tablets, Android and iOS
Am I missing something?
Any insights would be most welcome.
Thanks,
Jason
Thanks for the reply Pavol.
In response to your points:
Yes, all the public models are viewable on my iPhone.
The iPhone iOS is up-to-date.
The WebGL 1- is green - and says it is supported.
This is the link to the the model I’m exploring: http://argonautsapp.com/
The private model link is: ShapeDiver - Online Parametric 3D Configurator
The copy on the iPhone iFrame says: ‘We are sorry - embedding no allowed’
I’m still trying to get my head around this issue. I’m not a coder, so my learning curve is pretty steep.
Kind regards,
Jason
I can view your model on my iPhone on ShapeDiver and also at your website. Restart Safari and try viewing your page in a private window if it doesn’t load in the standard one.
