Iframe Embedding not working

Hi there,

username : Xlibrary

I discovered this morning that Shapediver iframes embedded in our website were not working.
It’s been working flawlessly for ~1 year, and we did no change recently on shapediver side nor on the website part.
The error message is “Your browser does not support iframes”.
I tried it on different browsers, disabling Adblock, etc., no result.
The website domain is whitelisted. and the code used on the webpage is copied without change from Shapediver’s “Iframe” tab.
One strange thing is that the preview of the iframes on wordpress works (We use a wordpress website), while it does not on the published page.

Any idea what the problem is ?

Thanks
Taha

I tried loading the page from your screenshot above, and it seems that no call to the ShapeDiver platform is made, meaning the iframe embedding seems to be blocked in itself, and not be linked to ShapeDiver.

In order to confirm this, you could try to embed your iframe in a different website (I often use this page after whitelisting w3schools.com as a domain). As a second test, you could try to embed another type of iframe in your page, and check if the same issue happens.

If those tests confirm the above hypothesis, I would suggest looking for iframe issues in Wordpress or contacting the Wordpress support itself.

Thank you Mathieu.
Problem solved, it was linked to an update of ACF on Wordpress.
Best
Taha
