If you want to use the RoundHole command on a surface, and Through=Yes from a previous usage, there is no option to create a blind hole. The user has to create a “dummy” object, invoke the RoundHole command, change “Through” to “No”, then go back to the surface. It seems to me that if the surface is not a closed polysurface, the RoundHole command should automatically have “Through=No” set.
