with “chess spacing” you mean a yes/no/yes/no pattern which is inverted in the next row/column?

Roof tiles on surface

Hello I am trying to create a roof tiles on surface. I tried doing this with Lunchbox, but i cant seem to get the elements(tiles) the same size. (U and V) How can i do this, or what is the best way? But I can’t use panelingtools plugin [image] I would like to create a roof like this: [image]

you can’t achieve that with your geometry without changing the tile size
