Is there a chance to extract the Z-Coordinate of the current floor in grasshopper? When converting to a Box the box top surface is at Z= -3.108 but the Revit height of 01-E00 is at +100.58

If your Active View is a plan view, you can convert the View to Level and then the Level to Plane like the cyan group in the screenshot.
You can also extract the Elevation from the associated Level like this and convert it to a Z value (pink group).
Or you can deconstruct the Level Elevation to know the offset from where it is defined in case it is defined from the Project Base Point or the Survey Point (violet group).
