Hello how can i resize my ring in rhino i was trying to resize it by projecting it to a new size cilinder but it doesnt work. Can somebody help please?

honestly doesnt seem to work for me i tryed everything i cant resize it in a matrix gold becouse it states the ring rail is not valid
