Rigid Body Modes When Analyse Structure with Horizontal Forces

Hi, I am analysing my structure using horizontal forces and have found that the bottom chord of the trusses do not seem to be connected to the columns and therefore dont move with the rest of the structure when the horizontal force is applied. I have a point where they connect so I assumed that there would be a fixed connection on Karamba but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Could I please have some help with this. I have attached my grasshopper file below.

Hi, you did not split the columns where the bottom chord connects to the column.
