since I installed the latest Service Release, rhino crashes everytime I want to restore a window layout. After that some toolbars are missing and i have to restore them manually.
Disappearing of toolbars happens from time to time anyhow. Thats why i regularely safe my window layout to be able to restore the latest version. Now this does not work anymore but instead, as I discribed above Rhino crashes - very annoying!
Any ideas, where this can derive from and how it can be solved?
Hi brt1, please run the Reset command and Save Setting for Support and post the zip. If you can post the toolbar .rws as well that would be great. Thanks!
What is your exact Rhino version? (run SystemInfo command)

I attached the “RhinoSettingsForSupport.zip” and the “SystemInfo.zip”
Where do I find the “toolbar .rws” file?
