RhinoScriptCompiler (RH7) installer files unusable

…just in case someone else is running into this issue, the solution was rather simple:

  1. Do not create the rhi file with the compiler, instead create only the rhp
  2. zip the rhp and other files to include (i used 7zip, normal compression)
  3. rename the zip file to rhi

Doing it this way it was possible to install with a double click in Rhino 6 and 7 under Windows 10. The PlugIn was installed into:

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros\6.0\Plug-ins
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros\7.0\Plug-ins
