Dear all,
I updated to Version 8 SR15 (8.15.25013.13001, 2025-01-13) but when I tried to create a new toolbar button and open/import an svg , the svg editor did not display anything in the main window even if it loads the file. I attach a screenshot plus an svg file which was imported fine in the precious service release. The svg was created with gh2Icon, 48x48 pixels.

Thanks for your reporting and I have logged this issue to our development engineer.
It could take me some time to pin point this issue, and it’ll take a while for this to be in a release of Rhino available to you.
For now a quick workaround is available. If you edit the svg in a text editor and add a viewBox in to the top svg line viewBox="0 0 48 48 the icon works. I don’t know why this yet, and I will look into this.
Thank you for the tip. Moreover, I tried to update the icon of one of my buttons but Rhino crashes.

If you include your email in the crash report and send it, that makes fixing your specific crash much easier.
I do know however that crash (should) have been fixed. You’re in an older version of 8.15 and there is a slightly newer version with some hotfixes available, please try updating and let me know if you experience any issues after the upgrade.

Just tried to restore a window layout and Rhino Version 8 SR16 (8.16.25021.13001, 2025-01-21) crashes without giving me the chance to send you over the file.
No crash window appeared after the crash?

Yes sure. I just created a new window layout and tried to restore it. This is where it crashes.
Could you record a quick video of this? I’m trying to recreate this but I’d like to make sure I’m doing it right

Great, crashes! I believe it might be the Gh2 Icon panel. Can you try closing it and see if that fixes it? 
True! I removed Gh2 and things work now!
