Rhino5 validation

the validation grace period for my rhino5 expired i tried validating its refusing and also emailed mcneel support but no response what can i do

I found your support ticket, they replied that the license you are attempting to use is invalid.

they told me to buy a license but while validating it goes back to the initial and invalid one

The ticket is assigned to McNeel Europe sales, so any correspondence will happen during their business hrs (out of Barcelona)
