Failed Validation

I can’t validate Rhino 5.0.
Any ideas what to do?

The message is pretty clear - this license was once registered with a different e-mail address. If it’s yours, try validating with the original address. If you have changed your email address, try contacting McNeel support for assistance (as the message says)…

The e-mail addrees that the license was registered is the same address that I’m using to validate it.
