Rhino won't save .stl file for pieces with texture

Hi all,
I’m using Rhino7 for Mac and it was okay for a bit but recently I cannot save my textured objects as stls. I get the ‘the file writing plug-in is failed’ followed by ‘mesh memory limit hit’

Does anyone know why this happens? I’ve been struggling with it for a bit now, I can export it as obj or 3dm but not stl.

Hello- try ExtractRenderMesh, and then export that mesh to stl… does that work?
