Rhino 6 for Mac evaluation not saving STL file

Hi,
I’m currently on an evaluation version of Rhino 6 for Mac and I’m trying to export a closed STL mesh to my local drive. The export dialogue appears and completes the action, but I can’t find any files on my local drive.
Opening up the export dialogue again shows my exported STL file but in ‘Finder’ on my mac I can’t see the file. I’m not sure what is going on… nothing I do seems to fix this. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

So It seems I can export the file to a dropbox folder… but not to my local hard disk for some reason. I’m trying to figure out why this is. I have dropbox synced with my computer… could that be the cause?

Ok so my mac reboot itself after installing updates and now I can see the files
So I guess the old “have you tried restarting it?” IT advice has worked :slight_smile:
