creating, joining, and analyzing a complex surface with Rhino WIP yielded an unexpected open edge(s). exploding the surface followed by a join of the surface components yielded a messages suggesting creation of a single polysurface; see attached collage and WIP file. further examination with edge tools produced an outcome suggesting/documenting a large number of open edges in the polysurface just created……………………….?? the latest WIP was being used because it incorporates one or more bug fixes brought about by a previous post and I was hoping to do the work in WIP and then save/copy the results into my Rhino8 file……………… are there one or more loose ends that still need to be addressed or does the operator need additional training?
