Rhino Viewport black

I’ve been using rhino for 3 years now and I’ve never had this issue until this past month.
when I open my file, the viewport is just black. I decided to restart my computer prior to this because rhino was lagging so much and now its just black and not responding. I copied and pasted the systeminfo if anyone can help me please. I don’t know what any of this means

Hi @eau879

I would start by updating the Nvidia driver to the latest version. What might have happened, is that a Windows update broke the driver (at least in terms of Rhino) and needs a newer version (there’s one from yesterday!).

Thank you! I’m updating it right now.

@Normand it allowed me to get my file to open! thank you so much. do you have any tips on how to get va to stop lagging so much? its still freezing after every command and my file isn’t even large.

Sorry, don’t have a lot of VA-experience. You could ask in the VisualArq sub-section here on Discourse - there’s probably some more competent people there
