Rhino template shows different background color on difference PCs

I use import options to import all the settings and options from a “Rhino Interface Template.ini” file that our instructor gave. But when it opens on my school’s PC, it shows an almost black background color, but my home computer shows a gray background color. Where can the background color be adjusted to make it almost black?

Those settings are on the Rhino Options -> Appearance -> Colors page.
