Rhino Render not starting

So I’m really scratching my head with this one - I cant work out why, when I select rhino render, I get notified that the render is “Rendering time: 0d 00h 00m 00s” and nothing happens.

This just started a few weeks ago without any UI changes on my end.

Rhino render is installed, and I have just reset the toolbars to make sure it wasn’t that.

Any theories as to what could be causing this?
