How was the object created? If you have CheckNewObjects turned on, it should have popped up. The long, thin surface on the top is bad. Delete it at use Cap to re-create a clean surface.

Also, you are more than 1370 km’s away from world origin in meters with a tolerance of 0.0001 (1/10th of a millimeter!) - that’s a recipe for disaster! Move closer to world origin and/or loosen your tolerance.

It is inevitable to be so far unfortunately. The funny part is that command line says something else than properties. I somehow recreated it and it became good solid then.
Hi Juan - to fix it, ExtractBadSrf, delete that then Cap the rest.
