thats right, im not able to run a command in Rhino if that was the thing you suggested to do.

also tried earlier versions.
Do you have a Rhino 7 license? If so you should download the regular version and use that with your Rhino 7 license.
If you do not have a Rhino 7 license have you requested and received an evaluation license from McNeel? Or are you trying to run the Rhino 7 evaluation version by some other method?
Added: Rhino 7 needs a Rhino 7 license. Licenses for previous versions of Rhino can be upgraded to Rhino 7.
eventually i had to set back my pc and delete all files on it and rhino 7 was up and running.
