Please, has a lot of upcoming users from Brasil in rhinoceros. It would be really awesome if rhino could have a Portuguese (Brazilian) translation!

Please, consider the idea.

Thanks for your suggestion. For the moment we only have the Portuguese (Portugal) translation in the Rhino WIP. You can try it here:
