Rhino Grasshopper Shortest Walk interpolate a network of curves

Hi there,

I have been trying to find a way to smooth out these curves I created with the shortest walk plugin, currently it is only connecting the points in a straight line.
What should I do if I want them to interpolate along the points to create a set of smooth and organic-looking curves?
Many thanks in advance, I have attached some screen shots and the gh file, would be amazing if someone can shine a light on this.
