Hello, Can anyone explain the process by which a file can be locked? I am collaborating with someone remotely and saving rhino files on a google drive. I understand rhino to have a file locking function and have enabled this is in the file properties, however this does not seem to be the way to activate the lock. I want it so that if i have a file open then the other remote user will be unable to open that particular file from the drive. This seems like a simple function but struggling to understand how this would work. How is a .rhl file created? Appreciate any help/advise/work arounds! Thank you
Hello- as I understand it Rhino file locking cannot work on a Google drive since the file is actually opened from a local copy - only that copy gets locked.
