Rhino can't open nor import OBJ file

I have Rhino 7 SR26 (7.26.23009.7001) Educational License. Every time I try to open the OBJ file with Rhino or import (as well as drag and drop in the window) the OBJ file in Rhino. Rhino freezes, and nothing appears on the screen. When ESC, everything works fine, except the object is not imported.

Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

Thank you.

can you share a file?

Hi this is the OBJ file I wanted to import or open.

Hei Finn -

That imported fine here.
Please run the Rhino SystemInfo command and copy-paste the result here.

Hello - this also sounds to me like a plug-in getting in the way. Please make sure Vray and Enscape are disabled as Rhino starts, then try the OBJ file import.

any chance this is unloaded?

More to the point, what is the actual error message you are seeing when you try to open or import your OBJ file?

Hi, I double-checked. Everything is checked.

Hi, there is no actual error message. Rhino just freezes, but when I click ESC, then Rhino works as normal except for importing the OBJ file.

Do your OBJ import options look like this or are they different?

Hi, Rhino freezes. I don’t see any pop-up messages.
