Rhino 8 Printing Problems Driving Me Mad

I’m having issues with printing layouts in rhino 8 for Mac. I had a deadline yesterday, & although the work was done, Rhino has been messing up the printing & I’ve had it. Such a simple thing causing such a big problem…
Essentially, Rhino is not printing certain detail views in the final product:

(how it’s supposed to look)

(how it prints - raster)

(vector is even worse)

Hi Sean, Please run SystemInfo in the Rhino command line. 8.12 does have some critical printing improvements.

If possible please send a file to Support with a link to this thread in the comments as well. Thanks

Curious why Rhino is running in Rosetta, is this something you set? Thanks

@Japhy Not that I am aware. What should it be?

If you right-click on the app icon, then select Get Info from the context menu, is Open using Rosetta checked?

If you didn’t set this then we should figure out how that got changed. Do you have GH plugins that require x64 compatibility?

Bella should be ok but not ruling it out.

@Japhy the box for Rosetta is checked… uncheck this?

I do have Grasshopper, not sure if it requires x64 compatibility or not.

I did have Bella, but removed it. Although, I do still see “Bella” in my render options.

@Japhy - UPDATE - I unchecked the “Open Using Rosetta” option, but the problem persists

@Sean_McNamara could you send the custom display modes you are using?
(I tested your file as is (opens all views in wireframe) and that prints correctly, also when changing the details to shaded). So it would be helpful to test this with the customized display modes.

@Gijs, yes, see the attached display file below. It’s called “Arctic with Outlines”, & I believe I downloaded it from the Rhino website.

Arctic with Outlines.ini (6.4 KB)

I can confirm the issue in 8.12.
I’ll pm you a link to a 8.13 build that doesn’t have this issue.
