Hi @srujan.v16 can you please try installing Rhino 7.37 release candidate from https://www.rhino3d.com/download/rhino/7/latest/rc and see if that fixes it? I believe that build has updated code signing certificates embedded in it.

I believe I tried that yesterday when you emailed through the tech support channel suggesting the same. I can confirm this is the same release candidate I tried and it has not worked for me yet.
As per your suggestion, I have opted out of Windows Insider Preview program but unable to roll back to a stable windows build just yet.
Late update.
Followed @brian 's advice and rolled back to a stable windows build. Rhino works fine now.
