Rhino 7 Not Responding on Startup: No Extra plugins installed

Hello Everyone,
For the past week or so, my Rhino 6 and Rhino 7 refuse to actually open. I can see the screen to select a file, and then the Rhino window opens, but it then stops responding. I have no plugins installed, and I uninstalled and reinstalled Rhino 7. Rhino works fine when I open it in safe mode, however.

Here is my system info text:

Hello - does Rhino start in Safe Mode?

Start Rhino in Safe Mode: Windows start menu, type in ‘Rhinoceros’ and look for the ‘Rhinoceros in Safe Mode’ entry.

I think I’d be inclined to do a complete clean install of the GPU driver - this does not look all that promising to me

Hello, thank you for the advice.

Rhino does start in safe mode, which is how I was able to get the systeminfo text.
Yesterday, it randomly started working for a bit completely normally, but when I close Rhino and reopened it, it stopped working again.

After that, I clean installed but graphics drivers, but it hasn’t resolved the issue. When I start Rhino in safe mode and turn on the plugins manually, it still works, so I’m not sure what the issue could be.

Hello- can you tell which plugin is the one that makes the difference as you enable them, or are you saying that you can enable all of them and it just works if you do it that way?

-Pascal

Hello Pascal,
I am saying that I can enable all of the plugins and Rhino will still work in safe mode.
