Hi, I’m currently using rhino7 for windows free trial and in the last few days it keeps crashing. While i’m working, suddenly rhino crashes, i can move the pointer for a few seconds (even though I can’t click on anything) and then the entire pc crashes and I have to restart the pc. The most of the times it happens while i’m moving around the scene, but not always. What can I do?
For starters, when you’ve got Rhino running you can run the Rhino systeminfo command and paste the result here. That should give potential helpers something to start from.

Right now, I’m talking with someone from email support. I’ve been told to try to uncheck vray from plugins that rhino doesn’t support, but it didn’t work. Let me know if you have any suggest.
Actually. I wasn’t using vray at all, but “current render plugin” was set on “vray for rhino”. Right now, it seems to work, so I guess Rhino had to restart to upload the uncheck. I hope it won’t crush again. Thanks for your help
