I am using Rhino 7 (Evaluation) and it seems to have many problems with regards to dimensioning.
Firstly, once placed, dimensions cannot be changed, sometimes not even deleted.
Secondly, upon placing a Leader and then trying to adjust its text’s size, rhino crashes.
I have also experienced crashes when trying to render (interactively) with vray, which was almost never the case with Rhino 6.
I hope you’ll be looking into these issues.

Do you also have those issues with annotations when you disable and restart V-Ray?
Please run the Rhino SystemInfo command and copy-paste the result here.

Sorry, my mistake - I meant to ask “after disabling V-Ray and restarting Rhino”. Does it work when V-Ray isn’t loaded?
Can you post a file with a dimension that can’t be deleted?
I can’t see any crash reports that are sent with your eMail address. Please always send in the crash reports and provide eMail address and information about what you were doing when Rhino crashed.

I have tried to recreate the issue in a new file just now but was not able to do so.
Which is strange, because in my last 2 tries, a few days ago, also in a new file, i was immediately experiencing these issues.
Anyway, attached, please find the original example file where I am experiencing this issue still: I am unable to move the dimension text manually using the central control point. Deleting is possible in all cases now, for some reason.
