Rhino 6 not asking for license key

Hi All,
Just downloaded and installed Rhino 6 for one of our DT teachers. I installed it under my ID as I have admin rights. When the teacher logged on to use it the program would not run - just said license key not installed and closed. We have removed it and reinstalled it using the teachers ID after giving him temporary admin rights but the same thing happens. Is there somewhere in the registry or similar where we can enter the key so the program works? We do have a valid key mailed to us from rws@rhinowebstore.com We also have their UK number but they are not answering. We cannot ring international numbers from the phones at our school.
Any assistance greatly apprecated.
