Rhino 6 Educational License (install on more than one machine)

Hello,
I am new to Rhino software and want to make sure I understand the license policy.

One of our faculty members purchased (1) Rhino 6 for Windows Educational version. He would like to have it installed on 3 different machines BUT only run it one machine at a time.

Is this doable with or without Zoo?

With a V6 Edu license, the only to make this work is to create a Rhino Account and then install the license in the Cloud Zoo. He can then access the license from any machine.
