Rhino 5 step export all the objects as a unique block named "document"

Hello, someone knows why Rhino 5 exports in .step all objects in one block named “document”
The block named “document” doesn’t exists in the original Rhino file but when I export or save the file in .step or .stp I found that all the object are stuck in a block named “document”. I didn’t find an option not to have this block in the step file. I wish not having blocks in the step file as in the original Rhino file.

It’s an old issue which exists on Rhino 5,6,7. Hopefully it will be fixed in Rhino 8:
