If you click on the link (Consulte el registro…) and use SaveAS… it will create an error log which you can attach here or send to tech@mcneel.com. Error 1620 seems to be that it can’t open the installer package. Is it from the disc or did you download? If you downloaded, it may be a bad download, try again. If from the disc, the disc might be bad (rare) or the drive might be failing…
It many not be important here, but it would also be good to know your machine specifications. Is your Windows completely up to date?
