Rhino doesn't open

Every time I click on rhino this message pops up, and it doesn’t open.

“Rhino license manager initialization failed with error -200. Rhino will not run”\

I’d appreciate the help

Hi Mary,

This this a new installation? Or have you been running for a while and this just started to happen?

Are you running the latest service release of Rhino 5, which is SR11?
