I’m pretty sure that rhino 4 is 32 bit only.

If you need a higher available RAM usage than there was a trick with a general patch for switching the use RAM space. If I remember me right the RAM limit was increase to 3.2GB.

There is, though, a 64-bit version of Rhino 5.
