yes I want the render to look like this

Hi -

Please update to the current version - Rhino 7 SR 10.
Also, can you attach your 3dm file here?
-wim

okay i will update it but I cannot attach the file because it is too big

Your rendering looks more like arctic mode. Are you trying to print that instead of using the _Render command?

i don’t have the shadows

Rendered display mode. I believe the error you are seeing is already fixed in the latest Rhino 7 service release, as @wim already suggested.

no this is the updated version

@DavidEranen , do I recall it correctly that you worked on this problem? I thought this was fixed, but not sure now.

Hi @ecemnur.aybek,

Do you want sharp shadows? If so you need to enable the Sun in the Render panel. Or have I misunderstood your problem?

-David

Hello sorry for the late reply, I haven’t seen it. The sun is enabled.

Hi @ecemnur.aybek,

What happens if you restore your Rendered display mode settings to their defaults?

It would be very helpful if we had access to your file to see what’s wrong. You can send it privately through here: Rhino - Upload to Support. Or if the file is too big you can upload it to Google Drive and send me the link through a private message on Discourse.

-David

hello, I would love to share it but when I tried it on my friends computer the rendered view worked perfectly. Im thinking there is a problem with my computer or rhino program

did you see David’s note above?

hello everyone the issue was solved when I restored the rendering options to default. thank you for everyones help<3:)
