Recently Revit started crashing when starting Rhino.Inside.
I checked to make sure Rhino and RIR were upgraded to latest.
Using the addin manager I have disabled all Revit addins with no effect.
I also used Shift+Ctl click on RIR start button to launch new addin-free session of Revit.
I upgraded Revit from 2025.4 to 2025.4.1.
Following the advice of some threads on the forum, I uninstalled Pollination plugin from Rhino.
I also uninstalled BEAM from Rhino - no effect.
Here is the error message that displays on crash:
I’m about out of ideas. Anybody recognize this behavior and hopefully have a solution?

Hi Colin,
It looks like you’ve been fairly through in troubleshooting.
Next step will be to disable the 3rd party plugins in Rhino.
Rhino plugins that do not ship with Rhino
C:\Users\colin.matthews\AppData\Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros\8.0\Plug-ins\D5Conv (e0d5e210-02f6-4ee9-a2b0-1675e225d958)\0.12.0.0028\Rhino 8\D5Conv.rhp "D5 Sync for Rhino"
C:\Program Files\Enscape\Enscape.Rhino.Plugin-net48\Enscape.Rhino8.Plugin.dll "Enscape.Rhino8.Plugin" 0.0.24103.837
C:\ProgramData\Rhino.Sync\App\netcore\Rhino.Sync.dll "Rhino.Sync" 0.0.3.0
C:\Users\colin.matthews\AppData\Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros\8.0\Plug-ins\SpeckleRhino2 (8dd5f30b-a13d-4a24-abdc-3e05c8c87143)\SpeckleConnectorRhino.rhp "SpeckleConnectorRhino" 2.21.5.16551
C:\Users\colin.matthews\AppData\Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros\packages\8.0\Woodchuck\2.0.5-alpha\WoodchuckCarbonTool.rhp "WoodchuckCarbonTool" 2.0.5.0
C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\forma-rhino\Rhino8\FormaRhino.rhp "FormaRhino" 0.7.14.0
If still having issues we’ll need to remove 3rd party grasshopper plugins to troubleshoot.
@Japhy , if I disable plugins in a normal non-Revit instance of Rhino, will that carry over? I have RIR configured for separate Rhino settings, so I fear using Rhino options will not work. Other than that, do I just need to uninstall?

Disabling should suffice. If i recall the isolate options won’t be affected.
If it is, you can temporarily disable manually here..
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\McNeel\Rhino.Inside\Revit\1.0
Disabled all Rhino plugins
Updated all Speckle connectors
Uninstalled all Speckle connectors
Removed all GH plugins and User Objs: %APPDATA%\Grasshopper\Libraries
and package manager
Unfortunately still seeing that crash. On the plus side, I don’t think I’ve ever been able to open Rhino or GH so fast

is there any crash report being generated?
Any info in the Window Reliability Monitor?
