I’m sure this is an easy fix but my search for answers has not been successful.
I want to know how to restore that toolbar at the bottom of Rhino that contains the following tabs:
Grid Snap | Ortho | Planar | Osnap | SmartTrack | Gumball | Record History | Filter … etc.
It also shows coordinates, selected objects’ layers, and the construction plane.
I’ve performed a ToolbarReset and restarted, searched every toolbar in default. If I’m missing something please inform me. That toolbar is very useful.
You can always type a command. In this case “Options”.
It on the bottom of the Tools pull-down menu, or it’s the Yellow Gear icon in the Standard toolbar tab.
Thanks for the response. This is weird. It is checked and I haven’t changed anything, but I was prompted to install an update and afterwards, I can select which Osnaps I want to select, but the rest of the status bar is gone. Mainly the Gumball status, which I like to click on and off is what made me realize the difference. So its like the right half of the status bar is missing.
The top line of my Status Bar has mysteriously disappeared. I used to have a line which listed which Object Snaps were currently active, with a checkbox just before “End” “Near”, etc. But now it’s gone.
I have the Status Bar turned on, but I only see the line that shows the XYZ coordinates, "“Grid”, “Ortho”, … “Gumball”, “Record History”…
I’ve looked all over and can’t find how to restore the Object Snap status bar.
Click on the “Osnap” button in the Status bar on the bottom of the appliction window a couple times.
There’s a recently fixed bug for this problem where the Osnap toolbar should be displayed but it isn’t.
Do you have “Disable” checked? It is at the right end of the OSnaps toolbar. If Disable is checked then the OSnaps are disabled and the OSnap toolbar is frozen.
Hi there, my OSNAPs have disappeared from the bottom of the viewport. Can’t get them to switch back on by clicking the OSNAP toggle, nothing in Appearance or Toolbar settings brings them back…any ideas how to restore so i can switch different OSNAPs on/off…Thanks. Clive
Ok, problem solved. OSNAPs has slid off to the Sidebar and become a very small set of arrows (>>) which you could activate. Couldn’t work out how to get it back. But eventually i right clicked mouse on grey zone outside window and deactivated “lock docked windows”…then could get hold of top of OSNAPs and pull back to bottom of display…
