Request: Reduce Layers Panel Color Icon Stroke (and fuzziness)

The link should be open to public now.

I don’t think there is much more to do about the layer icons. It’s just how Windows handles line scaling. The only thing left is turning off AA

The same for the lines, it will be hard to fix I’m afraid. In other words keep your expectations low on this.

Unfortunately, 125% is by far the worst of all display scales regarding this issue.

Cheers @Gijs, much appreciated. Does that mean that Rhino 7 doesn’t anti alias the GUI line work and layer icons? If so, would it be possible to maybe experiment with options to let the user turn off GUI AA (i.e. similar to how we can for the 3D viewport)?

The lightbulb and the lock are blurry. Also, can the icon be enlarged a bit to match the size of the square? Thanks

I wonder if this is AA-related then. If we for instance look at the WIP state in this screenshot and zoom in 1000% in Photoshop, there are several lines that are perfectly sharp 1 pixel wide (including the last part of the tab border underneath the gear). So there should be a solution to the orthogonal line work at least, one would think
