For years I have been using the ELK2 plugin to import data from OpenStreetMap and also to import topography using TIF files. Unfortunately I have a lot of problems with the plugin, especially when it comes to importing topography using a TIF file.
I wanted to know if there is a new plugin with the capabilities of the good old ELK2, but without the bugs and maybe also new and interesting options and capabilities

Another alternative would be Gismo:
You just define address (or latitude and longitude) and radius. With these two variables, Gismo creates 3D buildings, roads, trees… from OpenStreetMap automatically.
And automatically creates the terrain for the same address and radius:
