Can anyone help me with Brazil Settings to get better jewelry renders? The diamond does not look at vibrant as other renders I have seen. My Render below

Your reflection/refraction map is probably the place which can make the most difference. Use one with a little more color and a little more drama…you can selectively just use it fir that one material and exclude the metal from it …or not. I wish all rendering engines had the capability to have each material have it’s own reflection map.
