Hi Grupo -
Please run the Rhino SystemInfo
command and copy-paste the output here.

Hi -
You have a few 3rd party plug-ins installed, what happens when you disable those in the plug-in manager and restart Rhino? Does Rhino still crash?
Also, when Rhino crashes, does the crash reporter pop up? If so, please send in that report.

The program does not close, if it changes from view to render view it takes about 10 minutes to work but if I want to move elements in the scene it freezes again which makes it impossible to work in this mode.
When I start a project I have no problems but as I progress and add UV mappings and 3D elements I have noticed that from one moment to the next I start with this error. I have tried creating a new file, copy paste to a new file and it is always the same.
I emphasize that it is only when I use THE RENDER VIEW to preview, since my rendering engine is external to Rhino.
Any idea what it could be?
are you using vray or keyshot as your external rendering engine?
disable the one you are not using and see if the performance improves.
or, you can disable all plugins that do not ship with Rhino, then restart.
see if it improves.
then turn one plug in on at a time and see which one causes the issue.
once you identify it, contact that vendor and see if they have an updated plugin
But this suggestion is considering that my problem is with the render preview view of rhinoceros itself? I have no problems with the external rendering engine, the problem is only when I go to rhino’s preview render view without any other program involved.
BTW it also happens to me if I don’t have the external plugins for my workflow installed.
does this happen for all files or just one,/ a few?
typically when we see stuff like this it’s a plugin, or your graphics driver.
in your case your graphics drivers seem fine.
so that leads me back to plugins.
or, if you have customized your render view display mode and it might be worth restoring the defaults to see if that helps.
Hi Grupo -
As Kyle wrote, your GPU looks fine and should probably be able to handle this. You could upload a file to tech support to see if there is something amiss with it. I’d try to download an evaluation version of Rhino 8, though, and check if that is working better.
